The Delhi High Court has recently issued the notification for the Delhi Judicial Service Exam scheduled for 2023. The Delhi Judicial Service examination application process will commence on November 7<\/strong>, with the application form submission deadline set for November 22.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

They are conducting this recruitment drive to fill a total with 53 vacancies<\/strong>. Delhi High Court Recruitment 2023 Eligibility & Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In order to qualify for the Delhi High Court Recruitment 2023<\/strong>, candidates are required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Citizenship Requirement: Candidates must hold Indian citizenship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Legal Practice: Candidates applying must either be currently practicing as an Advocate<\/strong> in India or possess the qualifications necessary for admission as an Advocate as per the Advocates Act, 1961.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Age Limit: Candidates must NOT be more than 32 years <\/strong>of age on the 1st day of January of the year in which the applications for appointment are invited, i.e., 01.01.2023. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes\/Tribes are eligible for a generous relaxation of up to 5 years in the upper age limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers can have a maximum relaxation of 5 years. This applies to Emergency Commissioned Officers or Short Service Commissioned Officers who have served for at least five years and have been released after completing their assignment. This relaxation does not include those who were dismissed or discharged due to misconduct, inefficiency, or physical disability related to their military service, or those who were released on invalidment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
